Development requests: Teacher-side, activity-building, adding resources
Have been doing some activity work, thought of several tweaks. Don’t know how hard these would be to accomplish:
- After I add images to an activity, how about I don’t jump to the “Make Activities” page? After all, I may have more images I want to add, and having to keep clicking “Find images” is a little cumbersome.
- When looking at image search results (i.e., I’ve searched for a term and I’ve got some number of hits from the database), how about identifying resources that are already in my activity? For example, if my search returned items 1, 2, and 3, but #3 is already in my activity, the selection box for that item is a green checkmark or something that communicates that it’s already in there.
- The image search help info should always be available. Right now it’s only visible on the first visit to that page; after a search has been conducted, you don’t see it again unless you navigate away and then back again. Can we have it be called up by a “help” link next to the search box. I don’t think the other two pages (Make activities, Manage classes) have the same issue — the help info is more stable on them.
